How do I check my subscription expiry date?
Your subscription expiry date is printed on the magazine’s address label. Please note that this date may not always reflect your current paid status. Once your renewal is processed, the expiry will be updated. For confirmation, feel free to contact us.

What should I do if I haven’t received my magazine?
If you haven’t received the latest issue by the 10th of the month, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

My magazine arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. If your issue is defective or hasn’t arrived by the 10th of the month, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

How can I subscribe to the magazine?
To start a new subscription, visit our website and click the ‘Subscribe’ button. You can also fill out the subscription form found in the magazine and mail it to our address.

How can I renew my subscription?
You’ll typically receive a renewal reminder before your current subscription ends. If not, simply follow the regular subscription process online or via post. Don’t forget to mention your Subscription Code for faster service.

I’m receiving two copies of the magazine. What should I do?
Duplicate issues are usually the result of multiple subscriptions under the same name. Contact us with your Subscription Code so we can merge or cancel the duplicate account.

It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for a subscription to start. If it’s been over a month, please get in touch with us for an update.

When will I receive the free gift with my subscription?
Gifts are dispatched within 4 weeks of processing your order. If you haven’t received it after 6 weeks, please contact us.

When should I expect my monthly issue?
Magazines are dispatched between the 28th of the previous month and the 2nd of the current month. If you haven’t received your issue by the 10th, let us know and we’ll assist you.
